Note: The platform does not redistribute, resell, or expose raw market data, real-time price feeds, tick-by-tick data, or exchange broadcast data in any form. All outputs are value-added analytical results.

2. User Authentication & Data Scope

Data access and analytics are provided under one of the following compliant models:

a) Broker-Authenticated Users

Users authenticate using their own broker accounts (OAuth).

Data relates only to the authenticated user’s broker permissions.
Platform acts as a technology facilitator for analytics.
No broker data is shared across users.

b) Historical / EOD Analysis

Reports generated using historical or end-of-day data.

Do not contain live or real-time market feeds.
Intended for analytical, educational, and informational purposes.
Do not substitute exchange-licensed market data products.

3. No Market Data Redistribution

The platform explicitly confirms that it is NOT a market data vendor. It does not provide real-time market data feeds, redistribute exchange data, or permit scraping of analytics output as a substitute for market data.

4. Regulatory & Broker Compliance

The platform operates in alignment with:

SEBI regulations applicable to market data usage and technical utilities.
Exchange data policies and Broker API terms and conditions.

Analytics provided are technology-driven insights and should NOT be interpreted as financial advisory, investment tips, or trade execution advice.

5. Educational & Research Purpose

All analytics, signals, and reports are provided strictly for Educational, Research, and Analytical purposes. This platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool intended for data analysis.

Zero-Accountability Policy: Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and financial outcomes. The platform does not manage portfolios nor does it execute trades on behalf of users except through the user's own explicit authorization and action via their broker.
