Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Trading System SaaS, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. As we provide digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and analytics tools, the following policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied to your account.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription.
3. Refund Policy
Since our services involve real-time data access, proprietary analytics, and digital tools that are active immediately upon purchase, we generally follow a "No Refund" policy.
However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the service due to a verified technical fault on our server side that persists for more than 48 hours.
- Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email us at support@algogtt.in with your transaction details and reason for the request. All requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
